Bidjili (bidjili.app) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bidjili and its users.

To open an account with Bidjili, the following conditions must be met:

• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.

Bidjili may request your national ID, passport, or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

• Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• The welcome bonus applies only to a new user's first deposit.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — the required wagering conditions must be met first.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user's account.
• Bidjili reserves the right to void bonuses if abuse of the bonus system is detected.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Once a bonus offer expires, it will be automatically cancelled.

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Bidjili:

• Bets cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed, unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your account.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will be considered final.
• Some live betting wagers may not be accepted due to network delays.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100. Maximum bet amounts vary depending on the event and market.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bidjili reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Bidjili monitors all betting activity. If any unusual betting pattern is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Bidjili and may result in account termination:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of result manipulation.
• Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Depositing funds using stolen or illegally obtained money.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Misconduct toward other users or Bidjili staff.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

Bidjili may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If identity verification has not been completed.
• Detection of unusual or suspicious activity.
• If you wish to voluntarily close your account.
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may request account closure at any time. If there are no active bets at the time of the request, your account will be closed within 48 hours. Please withdraw your balance before the account is closed.
